It incorporates bioclimatic design, passive architecture and energy efficiency solutions to guarantee thermal and acoustic comfort with low consumption. It has experience in nearly zero-energy buildings, renewable integration and sustainable building, and in urban planning it applies nature-based solutions. It has received recognitions such as the Eurosolar Solar award, finalist status in the Endesa Awards for the most sustainable property development, and the Sustainable Development award from the Region of Murcia.
