Anboc is a bio-construction company founded in 1995 that designs and builds healthy, efficient homes using light timber frame made from sawn and laminated pine. It manufactures modular houses ranging from 18 to 140 m², bespoke homes, tourist accommodation and coliving spaces, as well as renovations and extensions, to the Passivhaus standard and in compliance with the CTE (Spanish Building Code). It uses certified timber from sustainably managed forests, largely sourced from the Sierra de Guadarrama to reduce transport. It operates in central Spain: Segovia, Madrid, Toledo, Valladolid, Burgos and Lugo. Certifications: Passivhaus; PEFC (sustainably managed forest timber); CTE compliance.
