Catalan builder specialising in bio-passive houses: timber-structure homes built to the Passivhaus standard, using natural and toxin-free materials. They work with light timber frame made of Nordic pine from certified forests, as well as cross-laminated timber (CLT). Their homes incorporate ventilation systems with heat recovery that renew and purify the indoor air. They operate mainly in Catalonia and the rest of Spain. Among their projects is the first Passivhaus home built right on the beach on the Catalan coast, 219 square metres over two floors, combining traditional Mediterranean architecture with contemporary solutions.
