It's a Basque company specialising in eco-efficient modular bio-construction: they design and build near-zero-energy passive homes using EcoPaja modules, which combine structure, insulation and enclosure in a single panel. These modules are made from compacted straw (≤ 15% humidity) and solid wood, with no additives or VOCs, and hold technical recognitions such as REI 120 fire resistance classification, very low thermal transmittance (U ≈ 0.144 W/m²K) and high acoustic insulation capacity (≈ 49 dB). They have been tested with ENAC-accredited laboratories and are suitable for enclosures, façades and load-bearing walls in bespoke projects requiring high durability and comfort.
