Grupo Losán is a multinational manufacturer of boards and wood derivatives founded in 1964 in Curtis (A Coruña), headquartered in A Coruña. It produces plywood, decorative and melamine-faced boards, particle board, veneered panels, natural veneer and flooring. It operates its own factories in Galicia, Romania, Chile, the USA and the Netherlands, with ten production centres, and exports to more than 40 countries. It serves the furniture, decoration and construction sectors.
Because it shows that a large-scale board manufacturer can maintain FSC and PEFC chain of custody across its entire production, giving traceability to a material used on a massive scale in furniture and construction.
