From its plant in Dagua (Valle del Cauca, Colombia), it harvests, treats and grades canes for construction, as well as flattened cane boards and laminated products, which it exports worldwide with a permanent inventory of thousands of treated and graded canes. Guadua reaches structural maturity within a few years and regrows without replanting, capturing carbon quickly, and when properly treated it exceeds 50 years of service life on site.
