Description

Norwegian industry founded in 1889 in Gjøvik, the only Nordic producer of porous wood fibre materials. Since 2019 it has manufactured Nativo wood fibre insulation, in panels and as loose-fill, from local sawmill chips, with a capacity of 600,000 m³ per year. It publishes environmental product declarations verified by EPD Norge for its ranges, for example NEPD-2286-1041 for the loose-fill insulation, and uses the environmental data in its purchasing and production decisions. The wood comes from Norwegian forests near the plant.
