Description

Austrian timber group founded in 1850, headquartered in Leoben (Styria). In 2023 it opened a high-tech CLT plant in Leoben after investing €150 million, the first construction project of that scale with PEFC-certified timber. It manufactures CLT (MM crosslam), glulam and sawn timber, with a manufacturer-specific Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) from the IBU programme (EPD-MAY-20240070-IBA1-DE) in accordance with EN 15804+A2. The timber comes from sustainably managed Central European forests and its entire structural range is PEFC certified.
