Its Spokane Valley (Washington) plant, running since 2021 and one of the largest CLT plants in North America, manufactures CLT and glulam for offices, housing and large-scale facilities, and is undergoing a major expansion with a $30 million investment. It publishes third-party verified EPDs for its CLT and glulam, which support low-carbon targets and certifications such as LEED or Living Building Challenge. The timber comes from North American forests.
