Description

Finnish forestry group and one of the world's largest manufacturers of mass timber for construction. It produces CLT, LVL and laminated beams at plants in Austria and Sweden that operate on renewable electricity or fossil-free energy, using timber from PEFC and FSC certified forests. Its CLT has a verified EPD updated in 2024, and the company publishes its own guides for using its EPDs to calculate the carbon footprint of buildings. It is a regular supplier to major European mass timber projects.
