Studio founded in 2009 by Alicia Zamora and Iván Duque, architects from the A Coruña School of Architecture. They understand architecture as a symbiosis between bioclimatic design, natural building and the Passivhaus standard. They are certified Passivhaus Designers and accredited assessors for the VERDE environmental certification. Their work includes the Balcón del Sueve Rural Apartments, with Passivhaus certification, timber and stone, and Casa EntreEncinas, first prize in the single-family category of the IV National Sustainable Construction Awards of Castilla y León. They develop nearly-zero-energy projects under natural building criteria.
