A Valencia-based studio run by Carmel Gradolí and Arturo Sanz, developing an architecture rooted in context, history and everyday life. Since 2018 they have been working on the "Cases Pati" line, recovering the essence of village houses with neighbourhood and courtyard through a contemporary lens, as seen in the refurbishment of a courtyard house in the Benimaclet neighbourhood or Casa Claudia. Their practice prioritises refurbishment, economy of means and passive solutions adapted to the Mediterranean climate.
