Their emblematic work is the transformation of the three blocks of Grand Parc in Bordeaux (530 homes), where they replaced the façades with four-metre winter gardens without displacing tenants or raising the rent. Their philosophy—doing more with what already exists—turns the conservation and extension of the existing building stock into a powerful decarbonisation strategy.
