A set of 25 eco-friendly homes in Granada designed with bioclimatic criteria for the Andalusian continental-Mediterranean climate. Traditional and local materials: handcrafted fired bricks, eco-friendly lime, compressed earth blocks (CEB), cork insulation and timber structures. Optimised orientation and inclination (15-30° towards the south-east) for winter solar gain and summer shading. Renewable energy, rainwater harvesting and efficient water management. Reduces electricity consumption by up to 70% and water consumption by 35% compared to conventional homes. A benchmark for residential bioconstruction in Andalusia.
