The building's main structure is entirely made of prefabricated timber, notable for its uniqueness as two large-span spaces stacked on top of one another. The proposal places particular emphasis on the perceptions conveyed to the user: natural lighting, vegetation and timber create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The building's design, based on passive architecture criteria together with the application of new technologies, has achieved a highly energy-efficient facility.
