Milwaukee, Estados Unidos
A 25-storey, 86.6-metre residential tower in Milwaukee, recognised by the CTBUH in 2022 as the tallest timber building in the world. It rises 19 levels of CLT and glulam above a six-storey concrete podium, with 259 homes. The exposed timber structure cut the construction schedule by around 25% compared with a concrete equivalent and stores biogenic carbon throughout its service life. It is the American benchmark for tall timber buildings and demonstrated its regulatory and commercial viability in the US.
