Triodos Bank

Driebergen-Rijsenburg, Países Bajos

Headquarters of the ethical bank Triodos on the De Reehorst estate, Driebergen-Rijsenburg (Netherlands), completed in 2019. It is presented as the first large timber office building that is fully demountable: a glulam and CLT structure joined with screw fixings registered piece by piece, so that the building functions as a materials bank. All its components are recorded in a materials passport on the Madaster platform for future reuse. Energy neutral and rated BREEAM Outstanding, it is the built manifesto of the circular economy.
