Residential complex in Ørestad (Copenhagen) completed in 2020 by Lendager Group, renowned for its façades built with reused brick panels, cut from the walls of buildings undergoing demolition. Direct reuse of brick, alongside reclaimed timber in other elements, drastically reduces embodied carbon compared with new materials and preserves the material memory of the city. Rooftop greenhouses and community gardens complete a pioneering project of circular economy applied to housing.
