A block of 21 officially protected social rental homes, owned by the city and managed by VIMUSA, Sabadell's municipal housing company. Designed by Eduard Freixas i Coronas and Ricard Perich i Duran and completed in 2022, it has two basements, a ground floor, five typical floors and a penthouse; the above-ground structure is CLT. It received an AVS 2023 award.
