Self-build home in the Basque Country built with prefabricated straw bales, a timber structure and a lime render, designed by César Sans Gironella and Sergio Pérez Sara. It brings together two natural, breathable materials — straw and lime — in a participatory self-build process, resulting in a highly insulated, healthy, low-footprint house, designed to last a lifetime.
