Casa El Vergel de Noah

The "Vivienda El Vergel de Noah" is a 110 m² urban house built in 2022 with prefabricated walls and an in-situ roof. Located near a river, it was designed on a suspended reinforced concrete slab to protect against possible flooding. The interior finishes include fermacell and the exterior finishes use wood fibre and lime, prioritising sustainability.
