A 422 m² centre for retired people in Orkoien (Navarre), designed by Guria Arquitectura y Rehabilitación and completed in 2023. It is a single storey designed with bioclimatic strategies and built to Passivhaus Institute criteria to obtain passive house certification. The CLT envelope gives high airtightness and the CLVT roof system adds a lot of insulation without thickening the build-up.
