Edificio de alquiler social en Azpilagaña

A social rental building for people over 60 or with disabilities in Azpilagaña (Pamplona), developed by Nasuvinsa under the Navarra Social Housing plan and designed by Javier Oficialdegui and Germán Velázquez Arizmendi. It has two ground levels and nine upper floors with a CLT structure, 32 apartments, shared spaces and municipal premises. It runs only on renewables (heat pumps plus PV and hybrid panels) and holds Passivhaus, AENOR sustainability and universal accessibility certifications.
