Escuela infantil Moxaina

A 482 m² municipal nursery school in Llubí (Mallorca) by Aixopluc and Aulets, completed in 2020. On a concrete base that gathers winter sun stands a structure of pine and larch glulam posts and beams with CLT panels, turning the school into a large porch in summer, cooled by the 'embat' sea breeze. The beams of the common room rise to let in dawn and dusk light and to ventilate. The existing orange trees are kept, and the dining room can double as the village civic centre.
