A single-family home in Gautegiz Arteaga (Basque Country), designed by López Rivera Arquitectos and built entirely from laminated timber and steel, with no concrete. The choice of a one hundred per cent timber structure drastically reduces embodied carbon compared with conventional construction, demonstrating that it is possible to build a complete home using lower-impact materials and fast dry assembly.
