A 73-metre, 21-storey residential tower on the banks of the Amstel (Amsterdam), designed by Team V Architectuur and completed in 2022. Its hybrid cross-laminated timber (CLT) and concrete structure made it one of the tallest timber residential buildings in Europe, with BREEAM Outstanding certification. The extensive use of CLT cuts embodied carbon and locks CO2 into the structure, and the project helped adapt Dutch regulations and the market to tall timber construction.
