La Raval — cooperativa de vivienda en cesión de uso

Right-of-use housing cooperative in the historic centre of Manresa, on municipal land granted after a city competition, promoted by its members with La Dinamo Fundació and designed with them by Lacol since 2016. It is the first of its kind in the city, in a district with many empty homes. Dwellings are arranged around a courtyard: a rooftop greenhouse stores heat in winter and a large fan distributes it through the central void, which in summer ventilates and cools the homes.
