Cohousing Ecológico Entrepatios - Las Carolinas

sAtt: "The Entrepatios-Las Carolinas building, in Usera, is Madrid's first ecological cohousing scheme under the right-of-use tenure model. It has been designed collaboratively between its residents and the sAtt team through 15 participatory workshops. The cohousing scheme comprises 17 complete dwellings and communal spaces: kitchen, dining room, terrace, courtyard, laundry, workshop, multipurpose room, bicycle parking… It meets the most demanding environmental standards: design with Passivhaus criteria, CLT timber structure, ecological materials, water savings and photovoltaic energy production."
