Entrepatios Las Carolinas

Entrepatios-Las Carolinas is Madrid's first ecological cohousing project under the right-of-use scheme. It has been designed collaboratively between its residents and the sAtt team. The cohousing consists of 17 complete homes and communal spaces. It meets Passivhaus environmental standards, with a CLT timber structure, ecological materials, water savings and photovoltaic energy production. The building has no combustion elements and all the CO2 generated has been offset. It is a zero-CO2 project.
