Social housing project of eight storeys comprising 40 flats located in the San Martí neighbourhood of Barcelona. The CLT building is oriented around a central courtyard, which provides access to a series of large terraces and outdoor spaces. The building seeks a new form of ecological construction, with the possibility of growing its own food and generating its own energy.
