The first tall office building built entirely from timber. A 5-storey building 22 metres high. With 3,600 m2 built. Mixed timber structure with a post-and-beam system and cross-laminated timber (CLT) panel shear walls, while the floor slabs use ribbed CLT panel working compositely with glue-laminated timber beams.
