German manufacturer of paints, glazes, oils and treatments made from natural, plant-based raw materials, headquartered in Braunschweig. Since the 1980s it has championed fully declared product chemistry: its labels detail every ingredient, which is unusual in the sector. Its lime-, silicate- and plant-binder-based paints are common in bio-construction and healthy renovation. Environmental documentation still to be verified for the Spanish market.
