It mechanically processes New Zealand-sourced wool without chemical binders or synthetic fibres, producing an insulation material that regulates humidity, filters indoor air and absorbs sound, with a Class A fire rating. In 2020 it published its life cycle assessment and an EPD independently verified by WAP Sustainability in accordance with ISO 21930 and ISO 14025, an exercise in transparency uncommon in its segment in the United States.
