Air Passage — 40 viviendas sociales del IMPSOL

A 40-unit social housing building for IMPSOL in the metropolitan Maresme area, by Peris+Toral, completed in 2025, which also includes a future public facility, a shop and parking. Instead of the L-shaped volume set by planning rules, the project splits the building in two and opens a passage that frees the corner, extends the street and turns the roof into a public square. Handmade biomass-fired brick unifies the complex and, as lattice screens, filters light and air.
