Escuela infantil municipal Parque Venecia

A 1,700 m² municipal nursery school in the Parque Venecia neighbourhood of Zaragoza, designed by Esteban Pardo Calderón (Play Arquitectura) and built by Madergia with industrialised timber systems in nine months, almost two ahead of schedule. It is officially Passivhaus certified and has seven classrooms for children aged 0 to 3. Its flexible layout allowed capacity to grow from 70 to 88 places within a year by fitting out an extra classroom.
