Public housing development in Eivissa designed by Peris+Toral Arquitectes for IBAVI. The Barcelona-based studio, a European benchmark in low-carbon collective housing following its timber and lime projects, brings its research on equivalent room typologies and low-footprint materials to the island. The project applies the criteria of the Balearic public housing programme: local materials, passive Mediterranean strategies and reduced embodied carbon compared with conventional concrete construction.
