Solid timber office building in Barangaroo, Sydney, completed in 2019 alongside International House, by the same team. Its name means "tree house" in the local Aboriginal language. CLT and glulam structure with around 1,750 pieces assembled over seven months and a structural grid of 9 × 9 metres, one of the largest achieved in mid-rise timber offices. It achieved a 6 Star Green Star rating and features a landscaped roof with photovoltaics. It consolidated Australia's commitment to low-carbon timber offices.
